Objective Summary
The primary aim of this study is to compare the treatment of lateterm pregnant mares with clinical signs of placentitis using two different treatment regimes 1. Antibiotic and antiinflammatory drugs (Trimethoprimsulphadimidine and flunixin meglumine)2. Antibiotic and antiinflammatory drug with progesterone supplementaion (Trimethoprinsulpha flunixin meglumine and 44 mg SID Altrenogest)
