1. To present and discuss: levy options; DAFF/LRS levy principles and guidelines; Industry Representative Bodies; critical elements for each phase of a successful levy project; indicative costs and industry resources needed for a statutory levy project; suggested timelines and stop-go points.
2. To scope the levy proposal: What is to be levied, how much and target industry sectors
3. to identify potential Representative Industry Body/Bodies to sponsor the levy project.
