Rice Quality V

The main function of Rice Quality V is to perform the Quality Evaluation Program (QEP). The QEP measures the physical and cooking attributes of the breeding lines developed in the Rice Improvement Program. The QEP has evolved throughout the previous Rice Grain Quality projects funded by RIRDC. The procedures involved with QEP are documented as part of the Quality Management System, and these documents are routinely used as a reference.
