Native Foods Flavour of the Month Web Profiles


Flavour of the Month profiles for the ten top species in commercial production will be produced. The ten profiles will be placed on the Australian Native Food Industry (ANFIL) website over a twelve month period and be available to Growers, Processors, Marketers, Retailers and the general public. The Profiles will be suitable for Australian Native Fruits, Herbs and Spices and Essential Oils. The profiles will include descriptions of actual species, seasonality, part used, history of use, flavour profiles, products available, chemical and nutritional information.
