To produce a competency with the associated Curriculum Material for the Hospitality Industry aimed at the certificate III and/or Certificate IV level, on introducing Australian Native Foods into the hospitality training package.

Objective Summary

To encouraging the uptake and usage of the priority twelve Australian native fruits, herbs and oils identified in the R&D plan by the hospitality industry and the general community. This will be achieved by providing a series of instructional videos and printed material to be utilised by the hospitality industry, specifically students in the food service area and other training providers through the TAFE system.
