Summary

The preparation of 13 synthesis fact sheets; one for each of the following foods: Lemon Myrtle; Anise Myrtle; Mountain Pepper; Wattle Seed; Bush Tomato; Davidson Plum; Riberry; Kakadu Plum; Muntries; Lemon Aspen; Desert Limes; Quandong and Finger Limes.

The fact sheets draw together five years of research into native foods.

Cox Inall will liaise with RIRDC and researchers to gather material and write the fact sheets; RIRDC will manage the design and layout process; and Cox Inall will be responsible for final proof reading and securing approvals from RIRDC and the researchers.

Objective Summary

To communicate the outcomes of RIRDC research from the Native Foods Sub-Program for the last five years to consumers, the supply chain (farm gate, farmers market, food service, manufacturers who are looking for novel ingredients, export market) and producers.
