Summary

Full details of the program of work titled “Improved Use of Seasonal Forecasting to Increase Farmer Profitability” can be found in the Program Plan at Attachment 1, which is drawn from the Program Head Agreement between RIRDC and the Australian Government Department of Agriculture and Water Resources (Attachment 2). Within this program of work, the Research Organisation has primary responsibility for delivery of parts of project 4.1.1 Project 1a – Case Studies and all of project 4.1.2. Project 1b – General Circulation Model Analysis.
The research Organisation will also have a supporting role in relation to Project 2 – Using the Forecast, as specified below and will liaise with Project 3 – ACCESS-S Enhancement.
