Summary

The services to be delivered by the contract are outlined in the Program Plan at Attachment 1, which is drawn from the Program Head Agreement at Attachment 2. The Project Activities, Outputs, KPI’s and responsibilities are at Attachment 3. The Role of BCG is to deliver and support delivery (as defined in Attachment 3) Activity 4. Improving use of seasonal climate forecasts, Activity 5. Identifying the enablers and barriers to the use of seasonal climate information to onfarm decision making and Activity 6. Skilling farmers and advisers to best apply climate data in their decision making. This will include delivery of relevant outputs and KPIs.
