Alpine Valleys Venison Alliance
To identify the factors that constrain entry into retail space of valueadded venison products. Research will include primary and secondary research relating to retailer's expected deliverables from their suppliers, including existing and new product development, packaging and market support. Final steps involve developing a generic marketing strategy, new product development and testing procedure as a case study for use by other venison alliances and other new food industry businesses. Only objectives 1, 2 and 3 will be funded under this contract.
