This consulting project will provide services for the global administration of the extension hub platform, including the addition of a number of Communities of Practice (CoP), and the development and management an Extension Practice CoP.

Objective Summary

The scope of works has a number of principal roles or tasks including: 1. Global administration of the Extension Hub platform 2. Servicing existing CoPs 3. Modification and management of the both the Extension Hub and extension practice web pages 4. Update and manage the extension practice site 5. Engage and establish new CoPs (Up to 2, subject to RIRDC Board approval) 6. Initiation and management of a new Extension Practice CoP 7. Update, review and evaluate the extension resources
