Summary

1) The AgriFutures NEPI Program Three Year RD&E Plan 20152018 is nearing completion, and a new plan for the Program is being developed. As part of its review process and planning for the new program, AgriFutures Australia (hereafter referred to as AgriFutures) requires an economic evaluation of its past investment in the NEPI Program. (2) The AgriFutures NEAI Program Five Year RD&E Plan 20132018 also is nearing completion, and a new plan for the Program is being developed. As part of its review process and planning for the new program, AgriFutures requires an economic evaluation of its past investment in the NEAI Program. (3) Because of conceptual similarities between the two Programs, and the new Program management structure of AgriFutures Australia, the NEPI Program and the NEAI Program are to be evaluated in a single report.
