The project is stage 2 and will gather data and conduct trials in support of minor chemical use applications to APVMA (and submit such applications). It will provide technical support to QDAFF (previously) DEEDI in respect of ginger horticulture and pest management (but not to individual growers). It will provide documentation/training on relevant technical aspects of ginger growing through industry meetings, one or more field days and onfarm demonstrations. Outcomes of this project will be documented, published and distributed (including through newsletters and on web site).
