Catalysing a $10M Australian Insect Industry: an industry-led RD&E plan

Summary

AgriFutures Australia has identified insect farming as an emerging industry with high potential to reach $10 million per annum in the next five years. This project will support the longterm growth and competitive advantage of Australian insect farmers by developing a practical, industryled RD&E plan. The roadmap will identify industry challenges as well as opportunities for Australian farmers, and present practical recommendations for overcoming the challenges and capitalizing on the opportunities, in the form of an RD&E plan.
