Summary

1. Review and research into the 14 competency standards for the TAFE floristry curriculum to determine what changes are necessary to achieve the project objectives.
2. Editing/Updating the 14 competency standards for the TAFE floristry curriculum based on the review and research done.
3. Involvement in Service Skills Australia’s consultancy and face-to-face discussions of the curriculum based on the changes submitted.
4. Research and coordination with TAFEs Australia-wide to determine whatnative flora training aids, workshops and audio-visual products are required to achieve the newly delineated competency standards of the floristry curriculum.
5. Based on research and coordination, an implementation program for necessary training aids drawn up for implementation by Wildflowers Australia as part of future marketing research and development.
