Summary

Provide an assessment of the impact of RIRDC’s investment through the HBE Program using cost/benefit analysis of selected projects or sets of projects.
Guidance for the analyses is provided in the Evaluation Framework manual and includes a process for selecting projects for impact assessment that is consistent with the needs of the CRRDC evaluation.
