Summary

RIRDC engaged AUS MEAT Limited to develop on their behalf and in association with La Viande (Australian Alpaca) on behalf of the Alpaca industry– to research and develop an Alpaca meat cuts & specifications brochure. The brochure design to include, a range selected Alpaca Meat cuts, selected prepared Alpaca dishes and designed feature images for Alpaca product. 2000 brochures are required. The intent is to develop an 8 page brochure. The production and development stages will be performed in a Brisbane location. The client will provide selected Alpaca product at cost value to the project. The client will attend the photo shoot as an advisor and will be compensated for travel and accommodation at cost value to the project. AUS MEAT will hire an appropriate location and a professional photographer for 1 day shoot.
