A study of Nosema ceranae in Australia

Summary

The aim of this project is to determine the impact that N. ceranae is having on the beekeeping industry in Australia, to monitor the progress of infection from the north to the south of the eastern states of Australia, to better understand the pathogenicity of N. ceranae and to identify potential control strategies. To achieve these goals the following objectives have been developed: More details are provided in the "detailed method" section.
