All care has been taken in the conduct of this evaluation and in preparation of the report. The evaluation has, however, been undertaken largely on the basis of information supplied by respondents to the survey and this is subject to relatively high sampling and non-sampling errors. Small response numbers, measurement problems and lack of data about technical processes and financial results create the potential for error. Our resources did not enable auditing or on-site verification of responses. The metrics should be interpreted as indicative only and it should be recognized they have been collected for the 2000-2001 financial year, which may not be representative of other years or the current situation.
