evokeAG. Professional Conference Organiser Open Tender – Request for Quotation (RFQ)

This Open Tender – Request for Quote is for AgriFutures Australia to find a suitable Professional Conference Organiser (PCO) for the evokeAG. 2022 event taking place on Tuesday, 15 and Wednesday, 16 February, 2022 in Perth, Western Australia and possibly for the 2023 and 2024 event.

Background

evokeAG. is the Asia Pacific region’s premier agrifood tech event and has run for the past two consecutive years. The event allows delegates to explore what’s next in the agrifood tech space, covering three main themes: food, farm, future.

evokeAG. is an immersive experience delivering topics and cutting-edge innovation from across the region and around the world. It is the only event of its type where people come together to connect, collaborate and evolve all things agriculture.

The Open Tender – Request for Quote process will be open for five weeks. We ask that conference organisers notify dallas.pearce@agrifutures.com.au by Friday, 25 September if you intend to submit a quote, and if further information is required we can arrange a video conference during the meeting period.
