AgriFutures Australia has been announced as a winner in the 2022 Nintex Solution Innovation Awards in the Public Sector Excellence Category.

AgriFutures addressed a critical business need through innovation – an outdated project management system, out of date processes and paper-based practices that relied on non-existent corporate knowledge, which put the business at high risk. Training new staff was very difficult and external stakeholders also found the system difficult to navigate, which was causing reputational damage.

The ICT systems were transformed into an ecosystem with two core focus areas:

  • Putting users (internal and external) at the centre of everything
  • Centralising data and making it easily accessible so people can make informed decisions.

The result was an end-to-end project management system with a task-based approach based on effective processes. This has made it easier to navigate for new staff and more intuitive for external users. Any users can see exactly what is required of them from their home screen. Transparency has increased and there is now a wealth of data that can be reported into live and actionable dashboards.

Nintex Solution Innovation Awards recognise Nintex customers in every industry and geography for their digital transformation success with the Nintex Process Platform.

“Each year we are inspired by the incredible impact customers and partners are achieving around the world driving digital transformation across their organisations by leveraging Nintex capabilities,” said Nintex Chief Executive Officer Eric Johnson. “Nintex is honored to recognise AgriFutures Australia as a 2022 Nintex Solution Innovation Award winner for its success in transforming the way people work with the Nintex Process Platform.”
